Shipping policy
- Flowers are available for delivery Monday- Friday excluding public holidays
- Order cutoff is 12pm the day prior to requested delivery date. If orders are placed after this time, we are at liberty to deliver your order on the following business day.
- We will not leave the flowers unless we have been given authority to leave. If we don't receive authority to leave, they will be returned to our studio and a pickup will be arranged. In the case of damage or theft we won’t be held liable and if the flowers need to be redelivered, additional fees may apply.
- Purchasing flowers means you understand and agree to these terms.
- Dogs - If there is a dog present, our delivery personnel are at liberty to leave the order at the gate (if given authority) and do not take any responsibility from there on out.
- Please specify an appropriate delivery time frame if applicable.
